/ Partner promises

Things we will never do to a partner. In writing.

• We never call your customer behind your back.

  Once you register, the account is yours. WIT OS sales does not contact the customer except at your invitation. If we break this, your tier upgrades by one for life.

• We don't compete with you on services.

  We are channel-first by design. Our direct sales motion is for customers who explicitly cannot go through a partner. Even there, we'll route you in if you want it.

• We don't compress margins mid-cycle.

  Once a deal is signed, your margin is locked for the duration of the customer agreement. Renewal margin = new-business margin. No exceptions.

• We ship what your customers ask for.

  Premier+ partners get a quarterly product council seat. We won't ship every request — but you'll know why, and you'll know when.
